RATES PER PERSON-HOUR GENERAL CLEAN:

$25 per person-hour plus taxes | Minimum 3 hours clean in the Vancouver central area. Travel fees may apply in Burnaby, North Shore, Richmond, West Vancouver. Extra fees may apply 

FLEX HOURLY MINIMUMS FOR DEEP CLEAN OR MOVE IN/OUT:

$25 per person-hour | Minimum 3 hours (5 hours suggested) 
4000 sq ft+ | Minimum 3 cleaners for 3 hours
7000 sq ft+ | Suggested minimum 5 cleaners for 4 hours

Items completed depends on the amount of time that you allow and the conditions of your home. You will get excellent value for the time, as our cleaners are very efficient. This is our flexible offer for those on a buget or who want certain items cleaned versus an entire wall to wall move in/out clean.

  If oven is extra greasy and/or soiled, it will benefit you to do the following so that the cleaners can dedicate more time to other elements in your house clean: 

            1-Turn on the self-cleaning oven the night before the appointment  
            2- Spray the oven the night before the appointment with oven cleaner

• Exterior glass windows cleaned (if accessible)
• Linens changed
• Angled vent slats on closet doors cleaned (per 2 closets)
• Parking may be charged if not provided and there is no free street parking

EXTRA SOILED CONDITIONS CHARGE 

Rates given are based on average cleaning conditions, however if your home is very soiled, an extra $50.00 charge may apply to compensate for the discrepancy between the average clean product and the actual product and chemicals needed due to the condition of the unit.

CLEANING SUPPLIES

All cleaning equipment and supplies are included and provided by Vancouver Cheap Cleaners and we use environmental products . Please let us know if you would like the cleaners to use your preferred cleaning products or supplies.

SCHEDULING CHANGE OR CANCELLATION

Please note that there is a 25% change/cancellation fee if given less than 24 hours notice prior for scheduling reasons. No notice of cancellation will result in 50% fee charge for set rates and up to 100% charge for hourly clean minimums. 

GUARANTEE OF SERVICE

Vancouver Cheap Cleaners strives to provide our clients with the highest level of quality service and value to ensure your satisfaction and to secure repeat business and referrals. If you are not completely satisfied and you are in the unit at the time of cleaning, please let the cleaner know what you would like them to correct. If you are not present, please inform us within 24 hours of your clean and we will correct the situation to your satisfaction. This applies to set-rate cleaning as these are our guaranteed services. If you hire cleaning based on the $20 per hour rate, only items that were cleaned within the time frame but not cleaned accurately fall into the guarantee.
